This Facility contains various additional features such as security cameras, video camera recording, gates, key pads, and alarms. However, OCCUPANT expressly acknowledges that OWNER does not provide any of the features, without limitation, for the security or safety of the OCCUPANT, anyone related to OCCUPANT, individual Storage Spaces or the items stored in the rented Storage Spaces, but only for the safety of the OWNER’S employees and the OWNER’S Facility in general.
