+ Can I come and view the facility and various storage spaces?

We are happy to give you a tour of our facilities.

+ When I rent a space, what do I need to bring with me?

We will need you to bring in a government-issued identification card with photograph. Your driver’s license will work.

If you do not have a padlock for your storage unit, a lock is offered with every new rental.

Finally, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

+ When can I access my unit?

Our access hours are 7 days a week, 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.

+ What are Storage Durango Blue Diamond's office hours?

Our office hours are seven days a week, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

+ How does the access-gate system work?

When you rent a storage space with us, you are given a personal access code. When you arrive at the main gate, you’ll enter the code with the keypad. You will later use this code again to exit the facility.

+ Does Storage Durango Blue Diamond provide a lock for the storage space?

All new rentals qualify for a free lock. We also have locks for purchase.

+ Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?

We are happy to offer several different types of boxes, as well as other moving supplies that might help you with your move.

We can also provide sturdier boxes for things such as pictures, as well as wardrobe boxes for clothes which require hangers.

+ Is there anything I need to do to prepare my unit before I move my belongings into it?

No, your unit will be clean and ready for you on the day you move in.

+ Are there any items I can't store?

There are a number of items that cannot be stored. Please call our storage experts at 702-361-3304 to verify if it can be stored.

+ Is there a security deposit?

No security deposit is required.

+ Do you accept credit cards?

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

+ When is my rent due?

Rent for your storage is due on a monthly basis. Rent is assessed on the same day each month, reliant upon which day you moved in. This is also known as anniversary date billing.
